What's On My iPhone?

Sunday, June 29, 2014

I'm always so interested in seeing what other people have on their phones, and the way that they organise everything. I thought since I'm on holidays, I'd make this quick post so you can have a look into my phone, if you wish!
Home screen - Yes, I only have one screen of applications. I just find it so much easier to have everything on the one page, no need to be swiping through to find what you're looking for. Everything is sorted neatly into their relevant folders, with some of my most used apps out on their own for super easy access.
Lifestyle - The lifestyle folder is just some of the Apple stores and features that I rarely use.
Social - This is full of exactly that, social. I keep apps such as Facebook, Snapchat, etc. that I rarely use. My favourite in this folder is definitely Twitter, I'm always checking it so see what's happening in the world and the web. I also have Kik, which I only ever use to talk to my lovely followers. My username is @astridlc if you ever want to chat.
Photography - This is by far my most used folder of apps. I'm constantly taking pictures, and I edit them all on my phone, even my blog images. I use these apps, and then edit and finalise them in Photoshop. My favourite is the standard one: VSCOcam. It just has the most amazing filters for your photos. Highly recommend if you don't already have it!
Utilities - This is just a folder with other apps that don't really fit into any of the other categories. My most used here is Dropbox, which is what I use to get my photos from my computer onto my phone, and then back to the computer again.
Health - I've been working out heaps lately, so these are some handy apps that I use. The AFL one is just for my to keep up to date on my favourite sport... My most used is PumpUp, which is sort of like a fitness version of Instagram. You can post photos and update people on what exercise you're doing. The best part about it is that it has workouts inbuilt that it runs through, so it's super handy!
Games - I have very few games on my phone, because the majority of them are stored on my iPad. These are just a few little distractions that I like to keep on my phone.

Hope you enjoy this look into what I have on my phone!
