Combine the water and bicarbonate soda and add to the butter mixture.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPour into the oat mixture and and mix until fully combined.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPlace tablespoons of the mixture onto trays lined with non-stick baking paper, and flatten (allowing room for spread).\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EBake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
